By booking a property through A-Living, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your booking.
2. Booking and Payment

All reservations must be confirmed with full or partial payment as specified during the booking process.

We accept payments via secure online gateways, bank transfers, or other methods outlined on our website.

Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at check-in, which covers potential damages or breaches of house rules.

The amount and payment method will be outlined in the property listing or booking confirmation.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after check-out, provided no issues are reported.
4. Cancellation Policy

Each property may have a different cancellation policy. Please review the specific policy on your booking page before confirming.

Cancellations made more than [X] days before check-in may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than [X] days may result in partial or no refund.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and abiding by all house rules.

No smoking or illegal activities are permitted.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight unless prior approval is granted.
6. Damages and Liabilities

Guests are liable for any damage caused during the stay.

A-Living reserves the right to deduct costs for repairs or replacements from the security deposit.

A-Living is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
7. Right to Entry
A-Living, or its authorized representatives, may enter the property during your stay for maintenance or inspection purposes with prior notice, except in emergencies.
8. Changes and Cancellations by A-Living
In rare cases, A-Living may need to cancel or modify a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer:

A full refund, or

Assistance in rebooking a comparable property.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
