At A-Living, we require all properties to comply with the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) furnishing standards.
If your property isn’t fully compliant yet — don’t worry. Our expert team will guide you through every step, from furnishing and styling to sourcing any missing items needed to meet all DTCM requirements.

Once the management agreement is signed, property owners are responsible for the following initial setup costs:
Property insurance (mandatory for short-term rentals)
DTCM permit fee
Smart lock installation for secure guest access

At A-Living, rental income is processed monthly. You’ll receive a detailed financial statement by the 10th of each month, outlining your property’s earnings, fees, and occupancy. The payment transfer to your registered bank account is then completed by the 15th of every month. This schedule ensures all transactions are accurate, transparent, and aligned with our accounting cycle.
